Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour pancake – 1.8 inch
Spinach leaves – 12
Pizza sauce – 2 tbsp
Part skim mozzarella – 3 tbsp (shredded)
Cucumber spears – ½ cups
Cauliflower florets – ½ cup
Ranch – 2 tbsp (any sort of low fat creams for dressing)
Watermelon – 1 cup (cut into small pieces)
Wafer cookies chocolate flavor – 6
Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl mix butter and honey together then beat the egg to it and add vanilla essence to it.
In a separate bowl mix the carob powder, baking powder, flour, and necessary salt. Mix the content with the butter mixture.
Then add walnuts and hot water and stir well. Grease the baking pan and spread the mixture over it.
Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. You can check if the brownies are ready by poking it with a toothpick if it comes out cleanly the brownies are ready.
Cool them and cut into different shapes and serve.
